Safety Information
The following symbols appear on the instrument for your information. The
hazard they describe is also shown.
Single phase alternating current.
When attached to the rear of the instrument, indicates that
the product complies with the requirements of one or more
EU directives.
Indicates a protective ground terminal.
Eye damage may result from directly viewing light produced
by deuterium lamps used in detectors and
spectrophotometers. Always turn off the deuterium lamp
before opening the lamp door on the instrument.
