- Après le remorquage, redévis-
ser les écrous six-pans, dévisser
les tiges filetées des deux sou-
papes de limitation de pression
jusqu’à venir en butée et resser-
rer les écrous six-pans.
(7) Mettre le commutateur de di-
rection (4-13/5) dans la position ”0”.
(8) Actionner l’interrupteur des
feux de détresse (4-14/17).
(9) Desserrer le frein de parking
(4-13/3).
DANGER
- L’engin ne se laisse manoeuvrer
qu’avec un effort important.
- Remorquer l’engin à la vitesse
au pas (2 km/h).
- La distance de remorquage ne
doit pas dépasser 1 km.
- Pour des distances plus impor-
tantes, l’engin doit être embar-qué
(voir points d’amarrage 7-1/2 et
7-3/2).
- La force de traction maximale
supportée par le point de re-
morquage (7-1/2) s’élève à 4,0 t.
- La force maximale de traction
supportée par les points
d’amarrage avant (7-3/2)
s’élève à 2,0 t pour un angle
d’ancrage de 45°.
7.2 Grutage
Lors du grutage, il faut faire atten-
tion aux points suivants:
- Le point de levage (7-4/A) du
moyen de levage (7-4/B) doit être
exactement à la verticale du cen-
tre de gravité (7-4/C) de l’engin
(voir figure 7-4), de manière à ce
que le moyen de levage soit ho-
rizontal et parallèle à l’axe longi-
tudinal de l’engin.
- After towing procedure loosen
the hexagon lock nuts. Screw
the pins out of both high pressu-
re relieve valves until the pins
stop. Fasten the lock nuts.
(7) Change over switch for stee-
ring in position “rear axle steering”
(4-13/5).
(8) Operate the toggle switch for
hazard flasher system (4-14/17).
(9) Release the parking brake
(4-13/3).
DANGER
- The loader can only be steered
with considerable effort.
- Tow the loader at a walking speed
(2 km/h).
- The towing distance should not
be longer than 1 km.
- For longer distances the defec-
tive machine has to be loaded
(lash points see 7-1/2 and 7-3/2).
- The max. permitted load for the
shunting and towing connec-
tion (7-1/2) is 4,0 t.
- The max. permitted load for the
front lash points (7-3/2) at an
assumed angle of 45° is 2 tons.
7.2 Lifting by crane
The following items must be obser-
ved during lifting by crane:
- The lifting point (7-4/A) of the lif-
ting device (7-4/B) must be loca-
ted vertically and directly above
the center of gravity (7-4/C) (see
figure 7-4) of the loader so that
the lifting device is located hori-
zontally above the longitudinal
axis of the loader.
