What to do if my AL-KO EKS 2000/35 motor does not run?

If the AL-KO Chainsaw motor won't start, first, ensure the extension cable is working or replace it. Check your fuses and RCCB. If the power supply is still not working, have it inspected by a qualified electrician. Also, allow time for the motor protection switch to reset. Finally, make sure the chain brake is unlocked.
