6.2 Mode Setting 2
The second page in the mode setting. In this screen, Y7, ejector and password can be set.
Y7 unuse
Set the use of Y7.

[Belt]
Belt use.
Y7 is ON when screw-out side is up.
[Spray]
Spray use.
Y7 is ON when screw-in side is up.
[Start to take out]
Action when starting to take out.
Y7 is ON when screw-in side is down.
Eject unuse
Set the ejector signal.
[Eject unuse]
Keep ON state.
[Eject synchronous]
Keep ON state in the manual status.
In the auto status, the output is ON when mold open input is ON;OFF when the input
is OFF.
[Eject delay]
Keep ON state in the manual status.
In the auto status, the output is OFF initially no matter the arm is screw-in nor
screw-out, and the delay timer starts while the arm descends. The output turns ON when
the delay timer is up.
Password set
You need to enter a code to jump to the mode setting screen when the password is not
“0000”; otherwise, the code is unnecessary.
