The NotifyFormat parameter specifies the format of any notification message.
The format may be one of the following:
NotifyFormat Description
Text TagLists are sent out as plain text messages, one tag ID per
line.
Terse Similar to the Text format, except TagList data is formatted
in the terse format.
XML
TagLists are sent out in XML text format.
Custom Similar to the Text format, except TagList data is formatted
as defined by the TagListCustomFormat command.
