Diagnostic Test Descriptions
Dryer On Temp Test
This option tests the temperature inside the cylinder while run-
ning a cycle.
To enter, press the or keypads in the Individual Diagnostic
Tests Menu until Dryer On Temp Test is highlighted and then
press the keypad. The machine will run until it has reached the
selected cycle temperature. The display will show "XXXF" for
degrees in Fahrenheit or "XXXC" for degrees in Celsius. The
XXX will show the degrees.
To exit the test, press the keypad. keypad will exit all tests.
12.5VDC Voltage Test
This test displays the value of the 12.5VDC supply.
To enter, press the or keypads in the Individual Diagnostic
Tests Menu until 12.5VDC Voltage Test is highlighted and then
press the keypad. The display will show "XX.XXV" where
"XX.XXV" is the value of the 12.5VDC supply. "V" is volts.
To exit the test, press the
keypad. keypad will exit all tests.
24VDC Voltage Test
This test displays the value of the 24VDC supply.
To enter, press the or keypads in the Individual Diagnostic
Tests Menu until 24VDC Voltage Test is highlighted and then
press the keypad. The display will show "XX.XXV" where
"XX.XXV" is the value of the 24VDC supply. "V" is volts.
To exit the test, press the keypad. keypad will exit all tests.
AC Mains Voltage Test
This test displays the value of the curent AC Mains Voltage.
To enter, press the or keypads in the Individual Diagnostic
Tests Menu until AC Mains Voltage Test is highlighted and then
press the keypad. The display will show "XXX.X" where
"XXX.x" is the current AC mains voltage.
To exit the test, press the keypad. keypad will exit all tests.
Machine Config Test #1
This option shows whether communication interfaces are con-
nected.
To enter, press the or keypads in the Individual Diagnostic
Tests Menu until Machine Config Test #1 is highlighted and then
