Operation
How to update so ware
Touch the utilities icon.
Touch the upload/download icon.
Insert the usb stick into the usb port on the oven.
Touch the download new so ware icon for the
full oven update, control board, or interface
board.
The screen indicates when the update is
complete.
Touch the le arrow button to exit the upload screen.
Remove the usb stick from the usb port.
NOTICE: A er the so ware update has been completed, the oven may
automatically initiate a shut down and reboot sequence if required.
How to upload or download recipes
Touch the utilities icon.
Touch the upload/download icon.
Insert the usb stick into the usb port on the oven.
Touch the upload recipes or download
recipes icon.
The icon display reverses until the transfer is complete.
Notice: Downloaded recipes will overwrite existing recipes.
Remove the usb stick from the usb port.
Uploading and Downloading
Download all recipes from USB
stick to Control Board (CB)
Upload all recipes from
Control Board (CB) to a USB
stick
Download new so ware from a USBstick for both the
Interface Board (IB) and Control Board (CB)
Download new so ware
from a USBstick for the
Interface Board (IB)
Download new so ware from a USBstick for the
Control Board (CB)
Return to previous screen
Upload/Download Screen
Return to
home screen
Utilities
NOTICE: The unit must be idle (not currently in a cook
or clean sequence) in order to use the upload
or download functions.
