WARNING
Be careful when operating the machine on a ramp or incline. Always move slowly on a ramp.
Do not turn this machine on a ramp. Do not stop and leave this machine on a ramp.

Stop and leave this machine on a level surface.
When stopping the machine, put the power switch in the “OFF” position and Engage the parking brake.

To prevent personal injury and/or damage to the machine,
do not lift the machine or move it to the edge of a stair or loading dock.

Lead acid batteries generate gases which can cause an explosion. Keep sparks and flames away from batteries.
NO SMOKING. Charge batteries only in area with good ventilation.

Always wear eye protection and protective clothing when working near batteries. Remove all jewelry. Do not put
tools or other metal objects across the top of the battery its terminals.
WARNING
Maintenance and repairs must be done by authorized personnel only. Tighten all fasteners. Keep adjustments
according to the specifications given in the machine’s service manual. Keep machine’s electrical parts dry.
Store the machine in a building.

Make sure that all labels, decals, warnings, cautions and instructions are fastened to the machine.
Get new labels and decals from American-Lincoln.
WARNING
To maintain stability of this sweeper in normal operation, the counterweights, overhead guard, rear bumper guard
or any similar components installed by the manufacturer as original equipment should never be removed.
If it becomes necessary to remove component(s) for repair or maintenance,
REINSTALL before the sweeper is put back in operation.

The hopper could lower unexpectedly and cause personal injury.
Engage the hopper safety arm before working on or under the hopper.
