Pressing 1 will toggle REPLACE
COUNTER
between ON and OFF. ON will
activate this feature and OFF will de-
activate it.

2 will toggle REPLACE
COUNTER ACTION
between STOP and
CONTINUE. When the replace counter

value is reached, STOP will require the
user to reset the replace counter before the Control will run another process and the System Ready
relay state will be inactive.
CONTINUE will allow the Control to perform additional processes even if
the replace counter is not reset. If
CONTINUE is selected, the Control will continue to display the
Replace Counter message after each process and the System Ready relay state will be active.
Press 3 to edit the remaining counts before the Replace Counter must be reset. With the numeric
keys, you may select a number up to 999999.
Schedule Edit Keys
The Schedule Edit Keys allow you to edit the time and temperature parameters of the heat profile on the
graphic display. These keys for each process segment are vertically aligned with the profile heating
states as displayed on the graphic screen.
The keys are only active when the GRAPH screen (below) is displayed.
Example: To change the temperature of the Reflow period for Heating Profile 1 to 500C:
1. Press the GRAPH key to
display the graphic screen.
2. Press the REFLOW key. The
Reflow temperature value of
350 will now be highlighted.
