  If the Amada Controller displays 'EMERGENCY STOP ACTIVATED', connect a normally closed relay or switch between pin 1 and pin 2 on the control rear panel connector, EMO. Note: Using a jumper wire in place of a relay or switch will work, but will not meet CE safety requirements. The operator must also clear the condition causing the emergency stop before reflowing can continue.

  If you receive a REFLOW ALARM on the Amada Controller, try the following: 1. Set the Course Heating Rate one setting faster. 2. Increase the LOW LIMIT value. 3. Increase the Preheat Time. 4. Check cables between the Control output and the Reflow Soldering Head for loose connections. 5. Check connection between the thermode and thermode holder for loose connections. 6. Increase the diameter of the cables between the Control output and the Reflow Soldering Head.
