- Before moving the vehicle always check that:
• The crane is folded correctly in transport position (1).
• The stabilizer extensions are fully retracted and locked (2). If the extensions are locked using a
pin, this must be inserted perfectly in the extension.
• No crane components or accessories are protruding outside the profile of the vehicle, (e.g.
prevent the hook from protruding, 3).
• The LED warning light in cabin is green (if present, see B.6.5).
• In addition, if the intended transport position is different from the standard folded configuration
(e.g. boom stowed on the truck body), the user must check that:
- the rotation of boom system is locked by a suitable locking device.
- the boom's height in transport position is less than the maximum value permitted by the road
safety regulations (e.g. height < 4m, see B.6.5).
