Overview
These functions are associated with the DAS-KP-NUM-G Numeric Keypad, and are labeled 0 through 9
plus the “Star or Dot” and “Enter” button. This Keypad allows for the use or programming of the
Favorites Mode, Grouping Mode, Direct Access Tuning, Alarm Settings and Lockout Functions.
Direct Access Controls
The user can use the Numeric Keypad to directly select favorite discs, tracks, stations and channels.
Direct Numeric Access - CD Player/Changer
To select a specific Disc & Track, the format is DDD•TTT + ENTER.
(DDD=Disc & TTT=Track)
Example:
DDD•TTT + ENTER
 52•3 + ENTER = Disc 52, Track 3.
 1•22 + ENTER = Disc 1, Track 22.
 103•2 + ENTER = Disc 103, Track 2.
To select a specific track on the current disk, enter TTT + ENTER.
(TTT=Track)
Example:
TTT + ENTER
 3 + ENTER = current disk, Track 3.
 19 + ENTER = current disk, Track 19.
Direct Numeric Access - Satellite Radio/Video
Using the Numeric Keypad, enter the Station Number followed by Enter.
Strings of 2 to 4 numbers are recognized.
(CCC=Channel #)
Example:
CCC+ ENTER
 202 + ENTER = Channel 202 CNN DTV.
 501 + ENTER = Channel 501 HBO DTV.
Direct Numeric Access – Digital Cable Music
Using the Numeric Keypad, Enter the Station Number Followed By Enter.
Strings of 2 to 4 numbers are recognized.
