Series Default Local/Host Play Troubleshooting Screens
This section shows and defines the status screens displayed by N1000 Series devices.

Displayed when Decoder.... ...and Encoder.... Notes
• is set to view an Encoder stream on
the network
•is set to HostPlay, or
• does NOT have a valid input video
signal
Seeing this screen means that the Decoder CAN
communicate with the Encoder across the network.
It is a good way to troubleshoot network
communication between segments using only
Encoders and Decoders (without the need for source
video into an Encoder).
Displayed when Decoder.... Notes
• is set to LocalPlay mode If the Decoder is NOT set to Local Play mode, this screen could signify a network
communication issue.
