a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned. This number will serve as a reference for you and
helps facilitate and expedite the return process. Apogee requires that shipments be pre-paid and insured — unless
otherwise authorized in advance.!
IMPORTANT: ANY SHIPMENT THAT IS NOT PRE-PAID OR IS SENT WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE
