7. Gently close the rail frame just enough to let it sit on top of the CPU socket.
8. Close the load plate just enough to let it sit on top of the CPU, then secure the load
plate using the screw on the socket.
A T20 screwdriver with a torque value of 13.5±1.0 kgf-cm is recommended.
