Objects

Commands
To
select
a
command
by
typing:

Type
the
first
few
characters
of
the
command
name
(cr
for
create,
t
for
time,
and
so
on)
.
Type
only
as
many
characters
as
are
needed
to
differentiate
the
command
you
want
from
the
other
commands
in
the
menu.
For
example,
to
select
the
Rename
command
from
the
Office
Commands
menu,
you
would
type
reno
Typing
re
would
be
insufficient
because
another
command,
the
Refresh
command,
begins
with
reo
When
you
type
the
characters,
the
command
is
highlighted.

Press
<Enter>.
The
highlighted
command
takes
effect
on
the
previously
highlighted
object
or
objects.
Example
The
following
example
shows
you
how
to
execute
the
Delete
command
from
the
Commands
menu.
For
full
information
on
using
the
Delete
command,
see

Commands"
in
this
section.

resume
the
folder
containing
the
file
you
want
to
delete.

to
the
file
you
want
to
delete
or
type
the
first
few
characters
of
the
file
name.
The
file
name
is
highlighted
in
the
folder
window.

<Cmd>
to
display
the
Commands
menu.

Point
to
IDeletel
or
type
d.

Press
<BI>
or
<Enter>.
The
file
is
deleted
from
the
folder
and
moved
to
the
Wastebasket.
