Using
Screen
Keys
The
screen
keys
at
the
bottom
of
the
screen
also
provide
commands
associated
with
the
active
window.
When
an
application
window
is
active,
you
see
the
screen
keys
for
that
application.
When
the
Office
window
is
active,
for
example,
you
see
the
Office
screen
keys.
You
can
enter
a
command
using
a
screen
key
in
two
ways:
Example
o
You
can
press
the
function
key
that
corresponds
to
the
screen
key.
o
You
can
point
to
the
screen
key
with
the
mouse
and
press
<BI>.
To
execute
the
Organize
command:
o
Press
<PI>,
or
move
the
mouse
pOinter
to
[ORGANIZE]
and
press
<BI>.

full
information
on
the
Organize
command.
Using
Action
Keys
The
action
keys
are
arranged
in
columns
on
the
left
and
right
sides
of
your
keyboard.
These
keys
provide
a
third
way
to
enter
commands.
The
action
keys
provide
commands
that
are
used
frequently
and
are
common
to
the
Office
and
many
applications.
These
action
key
commands
have
the
same
meaning
as
the
corresponding
entry
in
the
Commands
menu;
for
example,
pressing
the
Move
key
and
selecting
I
Move
I
from
the
Commands
menu
have
the
same
effect.
