6 Monitoring Device Modules States
AudioCodes provides out-of-the-box troubleshooting capability: Admins can monitor the state of
the device’s modules f rom the System State page. If initial provisioning is unsuccessful or if admin
encounters an issue related to the network / connection to Device Manager, the feature gives admin
an indication as to why.
The f eature enables debugging via the device’s screen without requiring external systems. Admin
can check connectivity independently of external apps.
➢ To monitor the device’s modules state:
◼ Open the System State page (Settings > Debugging > System State).
Note:
• Each state displays its operational result: Successful or Failed
• For some states, the reason of failure will be displayed as well.
