Problem description
A keep-alive message was not received from the VPN gateway for an extended interval.
Resolution
Procedure
Either the VPN gateway is experiencing difficulties or network congestion is interfering with
communication.
IKE SA expired
Problem description
The IKE Security Association was not renewed.
Resolution
Procedure
Check the security policy configured in the VPN gateway to ensure that it supports renewals for the
desired interval.
IPSec SA expired
Problem description
The IPSec Security Association was not renewed.
Resolution
Procedure
Check the security policy configured in the VPN gateway to ensure that it supports renewals for the
desired interval.
