1. Fast start (packing machine version)
1.1 Batching programming
Programming is used for setting values for product ingredients.
Start programming by pressing PROGRAM key.
(If READY diode doesn’t light, press CLR key).
If CODE_P communicate shows up then access code must be
inscribed.
Inscribe product number (program number) and confirm by
ENTER,
eg. 1 ENTER
Select batching device (controller), which will turn on first,
eg. A (without ENTER)
Inscribe the weight of first ingredient and confirm by pressing
ENTER,
eg. 100 (kg) ENTER
Inscribe lead value for first batching device and press ENTER or
skip inscribing by pressing ENTER,
Eg. 1 (kg) ENTER
(batching device will be closed after 99kg is achieved with
assumption that about 1kg is “on the fly” and the final value will be
100kg)
Select next batching device (controller),
eg. B.
As before inscribe weight of next ingredient,
eg. 50 (kg) ENTER
Repeat actions for all ingredients from recipe.
Ingredients quantity is limited to 6 (8 ingredients option meter is
available).
End adding ingredients to recipe by pressing ENTER without
previous batching device selection.
Save programming by pressing ENTER when SAVE is displayed.
