e. Batching down
Batching down is activated similarly as normal batching.
Inscribe batching program number and press Start in following order:
End of batching is automatic, every time batching can also be interrupted by using Clr key. Next batching of the
same product after pressing Start.
If FILL option is activated, it will allow to supplement container during batching.
After choosing FILL option, inscribe weight value (container will be filled up to this weight value) and choose
device number (digits), which will perform the filling:
Enter Enter1 12 23 3... ...
During batching down D key is active. D key starts filling according to previous settings in FILL option.
If batching is initiated when the container level is too low to make the batching then LittLE communicate will show
up.
In that case use one of the procedures:
1. Press Clr key (StoP sign will show up and READY diode lights up) and use D key that will activate FILL option.
Instead of D key container can be manually filled to required value.
2. Press once again Start key, which will calculate new batching thresholds, emptying container to Zero and StoP
sign will show up. Use D key that will activate FILL option or fill manually the cointainer to required value.
Afterwards press Start key that will finish interrupted batching and continue work.
