Feedback:
OMR has the ability for a User to provide information regarding software issues or
suggested improvements to Badger Meter developers. To activate the feature; while
displaying the area of OMR that you wish to comment on or suggest an improvement, click
on the three dots and then the feedback icon. The New Feedback form appears
and includes a screen snapshot. Choose a Category, enter a Comment, and click on
Send. Please be as detailed as possible in your comments. Your comments are sent to
Badger Meter the next time the device is synchronized.
Note: All critical issues that require an urgent response should be reported to Badger
Meter Technical Support.
