To trigger an existing two-way work item start by opening the work item and starting the
manual/two-way process.
1. Click on the desired work item from the list.
2. Click on the Show Details icon.
3. Click on the Start icon.
4. Click on blue button for the corresponding two-way work item you wish to trigger.
5. Pending Communication
