Child Work Order Creation
If a 2-way communication is needed on a work item that is already completed the user must
create a child work order. The new work order appears in the Active Tab and can then be
completed using the steps on the pervious pages.
1. Click on the Completed tab.
2. Click on the work item you wish pull
data for and click on the show details
icon.
3. Click on Create
Work Order.
4. The new work item is now on your Active list and you can process the ad hoc two-
way request using the steps on the previous pages.
