Returns De-interlacer mode in the format

Returns the de-interlacer's Pulldown Compensation mode in the format

S PCOMP 1 0 (Disables Pulldown Compensation mode for channel 1.)
S PCOMP? 2 (Queries Pulldown Compensation mode of channel 2.)
