This command returns identity information about the field device including: the Device Type,
revision levels and Device ID.

7 Unsigned-5 MSB (5 bits) – Hardware Revision
7 Enum LSB (3 bits) – Physical Signaling Code (see Section 8.4, Table 126)
8 Bits Flag Assignement (see Section 8.4, Table 127)
9 - 11 Unsigned-24 Device ID
12 Unsigned-8 Minimum Number of preambles to be sent with the response message from the Slave
to the Master.

14 - 15 Unsigned-16 Configuration Change Counter
