1 Allgemeines
Diese neue Modellreihe ist ein
wesentlicher Entwicklungsschritt zur
vereinfachten und kostengünstigen
Anwendung von Schraubenverdich-
tern in fabrikmäßig gefertigten
Systemen.
Im Gegensatz zu den halbhermeti-
schen und offenen HS.- und OS.-
Verdichter-Modellen für den großge-
werblichen und industriellen Einsatz,
werden die Kompakt-Schrauben mit
einem direkt angeflanschten Ölab-
scheider ausgeführt. Der Montageauf-
wand ist dadurch mit halbhermeti-
schen Hubkolbenverdichtern ver-
gleichbar.
Darüber hinaus wurden auch die elek-
trische Steuerung und die Überwa-
chung des Ölkreislaufs vereinfacht.
Die bewährte Basiskonstruktion und
die Service-Freundlichkeit sind geblie-
ben.
Damit steht jetzt auch im mittleren
Leistungsbereich modernste Schrau-
bentechnologie für kompakte Flüssig-
keitskühler und Klimageräte zur
Verfügung.

1 General
This new series represents the result
of further development to provide a
simplified and favourably priced screw
compressor for use in factory made
systems.
Contrary to the semi-hermetic and
open type HS. and OS. compressor
models for commercial and industrial
installation, the compact screws are
designed with a directly flanged on oil
separator. The effort involved in
installation is therefore comparable
with that for semi-hermetic reciprocat-
ing compressors.
In addition to this, the electrical con-
trol and the monitoring of the oil circuit
has been simplified. The proven basic
construction and the ease of service
have been retained.
The most modern screw compressor
technology is therewith now available
in the middle capacity range for com-
pact liquid chillers and air conditioning
equipment.

1 Введение
Эта новая серия представляет собой
результат дальнейших разработок по
созданию простых по конструкции и
недорогих по стоимости винтовых
компрессоров, предназначенных для
использования в системах заводского
изготовления.
В отличие от обычных полугерметичных
компрессоров и компрессоров
открытого типа серий HS и OS, предна-
значенных для установок
коммерческого и промышленного
холода, конструкция компактных
винтовых компрессоров преду-
сматривает непосредственное
фланцевое соединение корпусов
компрессора и маслоотделителя. Тем
самым, простота в монтаже такого
компрессора сравнима с аналогичными
полугерметичными поршневыми
компрессорами.
В дополнение к этому, упрощены
электроуправление и контроль
циркуляции масла. Таким образом,
была отработана легко-
обслуживаемая базовая конструкция.
Самая передовая технология в прои-
зводстве и проектировании винтовых
компрессоров позволяет применять их
в установках со средними значениями
производительностей: компактные
водоохладители и системы
кондиционирования воздуха.
