<Clean> key
The slice thickness is automatically set to smaller -1 mm.
The cleaning station appears in the display,
The carriage can only be tilted in this setting
<Grind> key
The slice thickness is automatically set to higher +15 mm.
The grinding station appears in the display.
The grinding device can only be mounted in this setting.
Sliced product tray <left> or at top
The sliced product is deposited to the left or on top of the tray, if
the product dimensions are set correctly.
Product depositing in the <center>
The sliced product is deposited to the center of the tray, if the
product dimensions are set correctly.
Sliced product <right> or bottom
The sliced product is delivered to the right or bottom of the tray.
Depositing program <Stack> (PLU 1)
The sliced product is delivered to a stack.
Table-mounted machine: Stacking height max. 90 mm
Conveyor machine: Stacking height max. 60 mm
Depositing program <Fan> (PLU 3)
The sliced product is delivered in a fanned out layer.
<Clear conveyor belt>
(only active on conveyor machine)
Function keys <F1> to <F12>
The activation keys for neighboring display fields.
The keys are assigned differently on the various stations.
Numeric keys <0> to <9>
Inputs are always related to the marked input range on the dis-
play.
<C> Clear key
Correction key for all numeric inputs.
<Enter> key
Confirmation key after each numeric input.
<Comma> key
Only for input of cut thicknesses that include a comma.
Program key <Open>
Request PLU from memory.
The PLU station appears in the display.
