5.12 Product support
The correctly positioned product support prevents unstable or short product from deflecting
or tipping over during slicing.
Position the support; the sliced product is in the feed carriage:

Loosen the handle on the carriage.
Move the sliced product support in until
it clicks into place.
Pull the support plate out of the carriage
to position it lightly against the sliced
product.
Screw into place in this position via han-
dle.
If the sliced product feed is positioned up to 80 mm from the blade, the
sliced product support automatically swivels upwards .
Product support, optional
The product support is guided on a shaft
and can be moved across the entire car-
riage width. This way, it can be positioned
on any product size.
