6.1.5 CR Mode
In constant resistance mode the load will sink a current linearly proportional to the voltage in accordance
with the programmed resistance value to approximate a resistor. The performance of this mode is not as
fast as in CC or CV mode. This is because it is a sampled system and response to changing input takes
a nite amount of time.

To run the CR operation RUNMODE must be set to Normal and CR must be selected by pressing the
button. For more information about RUNMODE please refer to section RUNMODE.
Congure CR Parameters
The following parameter is congurable under the Setup menu once CR mode is selected.
Range
Denes the maximum allowed resistance set value. Use this limit to protect against accidentally entering
excessive resistance values either from the keypad or dial. Please refer to section Range Conguration.
