Music track search via menu guidance
Fast forward/reverse
1.
The selection menu is displayed.
"<< >> Fast forward/reverse"
is highlighted
2. Select the direction
Keep the button pressed in. The
tracks can be heard, but reproduc-
tion is distorted
3. To interrupt fast forward/reverse,
release the button.
The CD starts to play from the
selected point.
Sampling and selecting (Scan)
All tracks on the CDs are automatically
sampled briefly in succession.

The selection menu is displayed

or
Turn right-hand rotary control until
"SCAN Track sample" is highlighted
3. Start sampling
4. Select track
The Scan function is interrupted. The
CD starts to play from that point.
Random play
The tracks on the CDs are played in an
entirely random order.
1.
The selection menu is displayed
2.
Press as often as necessary
or
Turn right-hand rotary control until
"RANDOM Random generator" is
highlighted
3. Start the random generator
To stop the random generator:
Select another function.
