Selecting TMC stations
The radio tunes itself in the background
to the TMC station with the strongest
signal if you have activated RDS-TMC
(Traffic Message Channel) in the navi-
gation system (see page 37).
You can also specify a TMC station of
your choice.
1. Call up selection menu
2. Select "TMC=(station name)" with
the right-hand rotary control.
A list of TMC stations is displayed
3. Select the desired TMC station.
The name of the selected station is
displayed alongside "TMC=".
To delete such a TMC station:
1. Call up selection menu
2. Select "TMC=(station name)" with
the right-hand rotary control
3. Select "Delete TMC-Sta".
"AUTO" is displayed in the box next
to "TMC=".
On FM (VHF), certain stations may
broadcast regional stations either all
day or at certain times of day only.
To receive these stations:
1. Call up selection menu
2. Select "RDS" with the right-hand ro-
tary control.

also page 48
3. Select "Region" with the right-hand
rotary control.
A highlighted option appears next to
the "Region" display.
