3.16.3 Changing Boiling Sump Spray Time
Set Pre-Spray Time (PRE-SPRAY) to 0 if the degreaser is not equipped with spray manifolds.
Set Pre-Spray Time (PRE-SPRAY) to the time in seconds that the spray is to operate if the
degreaser is equipped with spray manifolds.
If the degreaser is not equipped with spray, the lift will pause during the spray portion of the
cycle.
Note: Spraying will significantly increase solvent emissions.
Note: The spray reservoir capacity is limited. Do not spray longer than 30 seconds. The total
spray duration is limited by the distillation rate of the degreaser. Do not spray more than
2 ½ minutes per hour.
3.16.4 Changing Boil Sump Vapor Level Dwell
Set Boil Sump Vapor Level Dwell (VAPOR RINSE 1) to the amount of time in seconds
required for the parts to stop dripping in the vapor zone.
Set VAPOR RINSE 1to 0 if the parts are not heavily soiled and no initial vapor rinse is
desired.
3.16.5 Changing Boil Sump Immersion Dwell
Set Boil Sump Immersion Dwell (BOIL SUMP DWELL) to the time in seconds that the load
is to be immersed in the Boiling Sump.
Set BOIL SUMP DWELL to 0 to skip immersing the load in the Boiling Sump. The lift will
go directly to the Immersion Sump without lowering into the Boiling Sump.
3.16.6 Changing Ultrasonic Sump Immersion Dwell
Set Ultrasonic Sump Immersion Dwell (IMM SUMP DWELL) to the time in seconds that the
load is to be immersed in the Ultrasonic Sump.
Set IMM SUMP DWELL 0 to skip immersing the load in the Ultrasonic Sump. The lift will
go directly to the Ultrasonic Sump Spray without lowering into the Ultrasonic Sump.
3.16.6.1 Changing Immersion Sump Ultrasonics Auto-Mode
Set ultrasonics (US) to ON to run the ultrasonics during the immersion cycle. The
ultrasonics will operate during the immersion portion of the cycle and will be off at all
other times.
3.16.7 Changing Final Spray Time
Set Spray Time (FINAL SPRAY) to 0 if the degreaser is not equipped with spray manifolds.
Set FINAL SPRAY to the time in seconds that the spray is to operate if the degreaser is
equipped with spray manifolds.
If the degreaser is not equipped with spray, the lift will pause during the spray portion of the
cycle.
