According to SEMI E99 carrier ID read / writer functional standard for
SECS-I and SECS-II protocol, the RFID Reader LF80C ZeniD supports these
defined stream 18 messages:
Stream 18: (Equipment status)
S18F1 and S18F2 Read attribute request
S18F3 and S18F4 Write attribute request
S18F5 and S18F6 Read request
S18F7 and S18F8 Write request
S18F9 and S18F10 Read ID request
S18F11 and S18F12 Write ID request
S18F13 and S18F14 Subsystem command request
