Linerless Platen Kit (Optional) Problems
Problem Solution
The print quality is poor. • Install the Linerless Platen Kit correctly.
• Clean the print head.
The printer does not feed paper. • Install the Linerless Platen Kit correctly.
• Set the roll correctly.
• Check if a label or adhesive has stuck under the Roll Compartment Cover.
If so, clean the inside of the cover.
The media is jammed. Check the following points. If the printer still remains jammed, replace the
Linerless Platen Kit.
• Install the Linerless Platen correctly.
• Wipe any adhesive residue left along the ejection path of the paper.
• Clean the Roll Compartment and the Media Roll Holders.
• The roll's adhesive may be too strong. Try using a different roll (with less
adhesive).
