Using the Battery Charger
Charge the Battery Using the Battery Charger
To charge the rechargeable Li-ion battery, use the Battery Charger (PA-BC-003) together with the AC Adapter
(PA-AD-600A, sold separately).
The Battery Charger cannot charge the battery alone.
1. Connect the AC Adapter to the Battery Charger's DC Connector IN.
2. Connect the AC power cord to the AC Adapter.
Insert the AC Adapter cord through the opening in the Battery Charger as shown in the illustration. Make
sure you do not pinch the cord.
3. Connect the AC power cord to a nearby electrical socket.
4. Align the Battery Charging Terminals of the charger and the battery, and then insert the battery.
The Charge Indicator lights in orange when the battery is charging.
5. The Charge Indicator will turn off when charging is complete. Remove the battery.
