The current lamp shines. Main display shows the hour meter for 4 seconds 
and after this the battery charge as a percentage of full charge.
The mechanical brake remains applied [Q1] [T1:OUT.BRAKE RELEASE] 
{high}.
Event: 3. Lower the tiller arm to the drive position

Lower the tiller arm handle.
