When to
send the PTT-

OFF [0]: No ID is sent
BOT [1]: The selected S-CODE
is sent at the beginning
EOT [2]: The selected S-CODE
is sent at the ending
BOTH [3]: The selected S-CODE
is sent at the beginning
and ending

Codes are sent during either the beginning
or ending of a transmission.
