Faults Causes Solutions
Message:
on display of the involved
MS-DIN module
RAM or EPROM error
on SM-DIN module.

If the problem persists, replace the
involved SM-DIN module.
If the error E00 persists, then it could
be necessary to replace the lithium
backup battery.

If the fault is not included in the above table, please contact your local BTSR
dealer, giving a detailed description of the fault and the conditions in which
it occurred. When the BTSR Technical Service intervention is required,
before calling, you are kindly recommended to take note of the code printed
on the defective sensor(s), on the SM-DIN module(s) and/or on the SMART
WARP terminal, as such information will make diagnoses for the BTSR
technicians easier. Example:
