12.2 Heating with manual override
For emergency operation, switches are provided on the
control unit and on the modules. In position
3 the
relevant pump is started. The mixers stay at zero volts
and should be manually adjusted.
Before making any adjustments for manual mode check
the settings on the various modules for possibly
incorrect settings.
If the control system indicates a fault, you can
temporarily run your heating system manually.
z To safeguard heat supply in the event of a fault, set
the module switches (Æ Fig. 24, [1]) to
3.
z Set the boiler water thermostat (Æ Fig. 24, [2]) to
60 °C – 90 °C, in case of DHW failure to 60 °C.
z Set burner emergency switch (Æ Fig. 24, [3]) to
W.
Burner stage 1 will always be directly controlled. The
setting for burner stage 2 must be made using the
switch on the module.
z Set the ON/OFF switch (Æ Fig. 24, [4]) on the control
unit to
R.
