  If the DHW (Domestic Hot Water) remains cold, there could be several reasons. First, check for constant drawing or system leaks and stop any leaks. Also, the temperature sensor may be incorrectly connected, fitted, or faulty, so check the sensor connection, lead, and mounting, and compare resistance values with the sensor curve. Finally, the cylinder primary pump could be incorrectly connected or faulty; verify it's working, possibly by running a function test.

Why is there no communication with RC35 on my Buderus Logamatic EMS RC35?

  If there is no communication with the RC35, it could be due to a couple of reasons. The RC20/RF might have an incorrect address, so check the address (parameter P1) in RC20/RF. Alternatively, the RC35 might not be present or connected correctly, so check the connection to RC35.
