System Troubleshooting Chart
BATTERY LOW – CHARGE UNIT
Unable to acquire ECG or
unable to print.
Charge the battery with AC power.
LEAD FAULT, NO ECG CAPTURE
Check for correct phone number.
Ensure modem is online.
Press and hold the On/Off button for
10 seconds. Re-entry of date and time
will be required after this function.
ECG Troubleshooting Chart
LEADS OFF OR ONE OR MORE OF
THE FOLLOWING: RA, LA, LL, V1,
RL/RA/LA/LL/V1/V2/V3/V4/V5/V6.
Poor RA electrode or right
arm tremor
Check patient prep; re-prep if
necessary with new electrode.
Poor LL electrode or left leg
tremor
Check patient prep; re-prep if
necessary with new electrode.
Poor LA electrode, or left
arm tremor
Check patient prep; re-prep if
necessary with new electrode.
Adjust low pass filter setting; check
proximity to power cables; check AC
filter setting (50 Hz or 60 Hz).
Transmission Troubleshooting Chart
Check phone line. Ensure site number
is valid. Try again.
A DICOM communication was
attempted, but the unit is not
configured for DICOM.
Configure the system to DICOM and
reboot.
No available memory.
ECG data too noisy to store.
Press stop to continue. Transmit or
mark records for deletion in the
directory. Correct noise and try
acquisition/storage again.
The WLAN module failed to get
an address from DHCP.

WLAN failed to initialize.
Contact Mortara Technical Service.
CAN’T CONNECT TO ACCESS
POINT
A link to the access point could
not be established.
Ensure the IP address is correct. If
problem persists, contact Mortara
Technical Service.
