Touchscreen Troubleshooting Chart

Problem
Correction
Screen is dark
The AC power cord is not
connected to a grounded
electrical outlet or is damaged.
Ensure that AC power cord is not
damaged and is firmly connected to AC
power connector on rear of
electrocardiograph. Ensure that
electrocardiograph is plugged into
grounded electrical outlet. If AC power
is being used and the AC power switch
is set to the On position, but the AC
power on indicator light does not
illuminate and the display is still dark,
contact Mortara Technical Support .
Electrocardiograph is in
Standby Mode
Press the On/Standby button to return to
active use.
Touchscreen is unresponsive and
taps appear on the touchscreen in a
different position than the actual
contact point.
Touchscreen needs to be
calibrated
Repeat the touchscreen calibration
procedure.
Disconnect the AC power cable from
the wall outlet and depress the On/Off
button for >7 seconds. Plug AC power
cord into wall outlet and follow the
instructions on the display. If problem
persists, contact Mortara Technical
Support.
