4.3. Positioning of Twin Trough Chamber
To insert or take out the Twin Trough Chamber the lever (2) must
be in the upper position, see fig. 9.
When the Twin Trough Chamber has been positioned inside the
ADC2 make sure the chamber is touching the two stoppers at the
back, otherwise chromatography cannot be started. The
‘CAMAG’ label of the Chamber should normally face the user;
strongly inhomogeneous glass walls may thus require turning the
chamber around.
After a correct positioning of the Twin Trough Chamber, turn the
lever down in order to lower the drying module onto the edge of
the Chamber (1).

When a saturation pad is needed, make sure it has been inserted
in the right position, i.e. the fold of the pad is contacting the bot-
