Makersoflargerenginepermittheuseofthiskindoffuel.

However,donotusedieselfuelcontaminatedwithengineoilincustomer'sengines.

Notonlywillthisfueldamagetheengine,itmayalsohaveanegativeimpactontheexhaustgaspuricationfunction.
•
Beforeusingdieselfuel,conrmwiththesupplierwhetherthefuelcomplieswiththeabovespecications.

NOTICE:inordertopreventcondensationduringcoldweather,llthefueltanktofullafterthecompletingtheday's
work.
Fuelstorage:
Longstoragecanleadtotheaccumulationofimpuritiesandcondensationinthefuel.Enginetroublecanoftenbe
tracedtothepresenceofwaterinthefuel.
Thestoragetankmustbeplacedoutsideandthetemperatureofthefuelshouldbekeptaslowaspossible.Drainoff
waterandimpuritiesregularly.
Biodieselfuel
FattyAcidMethylEsterBiodiesel(BiodieselFuel)consistsofafamilyoffuelsderivedfromvegetableoilstreatedwith
methylesters.
NOTE:BiodieselFuelblendsareapprovedforyourengineonlyiftheycomplywithEN14214SpecicationStandards
orASTMD6751.
NOTICE:itisimperativethatyoucheckwhichblendisapprovedforyourenginewithyourCASECONSTRUCTION
Dealer.BeawarethattheuseofBiodieselFuelthatdoesnotcomplywiththeStandardsmentionedabovecouldlead
toseveredamagetotheengineandfuelsystemofyourmachine.Theuseoffuelsthatarenotapprovedmayvoid
CASECONSTRUCTIONWarrantycoverage.
BiodieselFuelUsageConditions:
NOTICE:TheBiodieselFuelmustmeetthefuelSpecicationmentionedabove.BiodieselFuelmustbepurchased
fromatrustedsupplierthatunderstandstheproductandmaintainsgoodfuelquality.BiodieselFuelmustbepre-
blendedbythesupplier.MixingBiodieselFuelson-sitecanresultincorrectmixturethatcanleadtoproblemswith
bothengineandfuelsystem.
EngineperformanceisaffectedbytheuseofBiodieselFuel.Theremaybeupto12%reductioninpowerortorque
dependingontheblendused.
NOTICE:DONOTmodifytheengineand/orinjectionpumpsettingstorecoverthereducedperformance.
ThereducedpowermustbeacceptedifusinganyBiodieselFuelblend.
