Toreplacethetravelreductiongearsoilproceedas
follows:
1.Parkthemachineonat,horizontalground.
2.Movethemachinesothatplug(1)isinthe
lowestpossibleposition.
3.Stoptheengineandremovetheignitionkey.
4.Placeareceptaclewithsuitablecapacityun-
derneaththetravelreductiongear.
5.Slowlyloosentheplug(3)toreleaseanyresid-
ualpressure.
6.Removealltheplugs.Removetheplugsseals
asnecessary.
7.Lettheoildrain.
8.Installtheplug(1),thenllwithoilthroughthe
port(3)untiltheoilcomesuptothebottom
edgeoftheport(2).Next,installtheplugs(2)
and(3).
9.Repeatthesameoperationsfortheothertravel
reductiongear.
10.Travelslowlywiththemachineandmakesure
therearenoleaks.
NOTICE:checktheconditionofthedrainedoil.Iftheoil
containsmetalllingsorforeignmatter,consultyourCASE
CONSTRUCTIONdealer.
