Whentheoatreachesthelevelline(A),drainwater
fromthefuelpre-lter.Proceedasfollows:
1.Placeareceptacleofasuitablecapacityunder
thefuelpre-lter.
2.Loosenthedrainplug(1)andthebleedscrew
(2)thendrainthewaterandsediment.
3.Whentheoat(3)settlesonthebottom,tighten
thedrainplug(1)andthebleedscrew(2).
Drainplugtighteningtorque:
1.5-2.5N·m(1.1-1.8lbft)
Airbleedscrewtighteningtorque:
8.0-12.0N·m(5.9-8.9lbft)
4.Checkforanysignsofleaks.
NOTICE:incoldweather,thewatercanfreezeonthetop
partofthebowl.Bleedaftertheicehasmelted.
