1.5-2.5N·m(1.1-1.8lbft)
NOTICE:overtighteningcandamagetheseal.
NOTICE:neverreusethesealoftheltercaseorthedrain
plug(1),theymustalwaysbereplacedwithnewseals.
NOTICE:tightennomorethanthespeciedtorque.

10.Performairbleedingforthefuelline.
NOTICE:whenthefuelpre-lterorthefuelmainlterhasbeenreplacedand/orthefueltankhasbeendrainedandis
emptyoffuel,airinthetankcouldinterferewiththeowofthefuel.Therefore,alwaysbleedtheairfromthefuelline.
Tobleedtheairfromthefuellineproceedasfollows:
1.Openthefuelpre-ltervalve(A).
2.Switchthefuelmainltervalve(B)tothetank
side.
3.Loosentheairbleedscrew(1)ofthefuelmain
lter.Donotloosentheairbleedscrewofthe
fuelprelter.

4.Insertthekeyintothestarterswitchandturnto
theONposition.Thismakestheelectromag-
neticfeedpump(4)operate.
NOTICE:iftheairbleedingisnotcomplete,donotleave
thestarterswitchONforlongerthan5min.Thiscould
causedamagetotheelectromagneticfeedpump.
