Continuity
Bad ground circuit.

Turn the key switch to the ON
position.
Terminal for wire 137C (R) to
ground.
Approximately 12 volts
Check the circuit between the dome
lamp and the key switch. Also check
the key switch.
If the readings are good replace the
dome lamp.
