2.3 Home screen
When you turn on the Android phone, the lock screen will be displayed. Sliding this lock screen
will bring up the home screen for selecting and starting the application. You can also move to the
Home screen by pressing [Home] key.
The program responsible for processing the home screen is called as “home application”, or simply
the “launcher”.
